Front Office Staff
Office Manager – Lisa
Lisa is a graduate of Hammel College with a New York State Regents Diploma in Business. She has been an Office Manager in the medical field since 1995. Her previous work experience varies from large organizations, like CVPH, to smaller medical private practices. She has been the Office Manager for Drs. O’Hara and Ray since 2010.
Patient Coordinator – Rachel
Therapy Coordinator for the Heart – Dré
Dré is a thirteen year old gentle soul. Dre has worked in Iowa, Vancouver, Queen Charlotte Islands and Montreal. He was once featured on a Fido Telecom Internet Ad campaign. He is a mixture of a Jack Russell Terrier, pug, and russet potato. He is a certified Canine Good Citizen (2017), received his Super Seniors Diploma from the Clinton County Canine Club (2018) and obtained his AKC Fit Dog recognition (2020).
Registered Nurse and Clinical Coordinator – Emily
Emily graduated from Clinton Community College in 2008 with an A.A.S. degree in Registered Nursing. She previously worked as an RN and Charge Nurse at CVPH on the Medical/Surgical Unit. She specialized in oncology and end-of-life care for six years. Emily is Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support certified.
Registered Nurse and Dental Implant Coordinator – Amy
Amy graduated from CVTEC with a degree in medical office assisting and then pursued a LPN degree which she completed in 2009. She worked at a private pediatric medical clinic while finishing her RN degree from North Country Community College in 2011. Amy then worked at CVPH on the Medical/Surgical/Oncology unit and HCR Home care as a case manager. Amy is also a certified emergency medical technician, Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support certified.
Registered Nurse / Dental Hygienist – Sarah
Sarah originally graduated from Colby-Sawyer College in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. She worked as a Traumatology Nurse at Fletcher Allen for 12 years. She then went back to school at VTC and graduated as a Registered Dental Hygienist in 2006. She has worked as a Periodontic Dental Hygienist for the past 7 years. She has been working with Drs. O’Hara and Ray for the past 4 years. She is Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support Certified
Registered Nurse – Heather
Surgical Assistant – Lorraine (Retired but we hope she comes back)
Lorraine has over 30 years of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgical Assisting experience. She previously worked with Dr. Roger Lorberbaum, who is now retired. She is certified in Oral Surgery Anesthesia by the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. She has been trained in Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support.
